Welcome to UNIWEAR (“UNIWEAR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of uniwear.online (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from us through the Website.
By accessing the Website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and any other policies or notices displayed on the Website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

UNIWEAR currently sells and delivers products within India.
UNIWEAR is currently not registered under GST. If our tax registration status changes, applicable taxes and statutory charges will be reflected in accordance with applicable law.
2. Applicability and Acceptance
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of the Website.
By using the Website or purchasing a product, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms.
- You agree to comply with them.
- The information you provide to UNIWEAR is accurate and complete.
- You will use the Website only for lawful purposes.

Actual colours may vary slightly from images displayed on different screens or devices.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout or payment confirmation.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, UNIWEAR may contact you regarding an alternative product or cancel the affected order and provide an applicable refund.
We will not knowingly accept orders for products that are unavailable.
5. Eligibility
You may use the Website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
If you are under the applicable age of majority, you should use the Website and make purchases only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time.
The applicable price for an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine technical, typographical or pricing errors.
Where a material pricing error occurs, UNIWEAR may cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid for that order.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
9. Taxes
UNIWEAR is currently not GST registered.
Any taxes or statutory charges that become applicable to a transaction will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
UNIWEAR may update its tax registration and pricing practices if its legal or tax status changes.
10. Payment Methods
UNIWEAR may accept the following payment methods:
- UPI
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Cash on Delivery (where available)
- Cash payments for applicable offline/physical-store transactions
Payment methods may vary depending on the order, location, product and technical availability.
An online order is subject to successful payment authorization or confirmation of the applicable payment method.
UNIWEAR does not store complete card credentials where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
Customers must use payment methods only when authorized to do so.
11. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication method.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. UNIWEAR reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
Reasons for cancellation may include:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect or obvious pricing error
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect customer information
- Delivery restrictions
- Technical errors
- Other legitimate operational or legal reasons
If UNIWEAR cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing.
12. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an online order before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may instead use the applicable return process, where eligible.
UNIWEAR will process eligible cancellation refunds to the original payment method.
Refund timing may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
13. Shipping and Delivery
UNIWEAR currently delivers within India.
The estimated delivery timeframe is generally 3–7 business days from order processing, subject to product availability, destination, courier operations and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
UNIWEAR offers free shipping on orders above ₹699, subject to the applicable shipping terms displayed at checkout.
Orders below the applicable free-shipping threshold may attract shipping charges displayed during checkout.
Delivery may be affected by:
- Incorrect address information
- Customer unavailability
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- Transportation disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Other circumstances beyond UNIWEAR’s reasonable control
If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information supplied by the customer or repeated delivery failure, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by law.
14. Delivery Risk and Inspection
Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery.
If a package appears materially damaged at the time of delivery, customers are encouraged to document the condition of the package and contact UNIWEAR as soon as reasonably possible.
This does not limit any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
15. Online Return Policy
Eligible products purchased through the Website may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must generally:
- Be in resalable condition.
- Be unused and unworn.
- Have the original clothing/product tag attached.
- Be accompanied by the original bill/invoice or other valid proof of purchase.
UNIWEAR may inspect returned products before approving a return, refund or exchange.
Products that do not satisfy the applicable return conditions may be rejected, subject to applicable consumer rights and remedies.
16. Online Exchange Policy
Eligible online purchases may be exchanged within 7 days from delivery.
Exchange requests are subject to:
- Product eligibility
- Availability of the requested replacement
- Original tag being attached
- Original bill/invoice or valid proof of purchase
- Product being in the required condition
If the requested replacement product or size is unavailable, UNIWEAR may offer another appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
17. School Uniforms
School uniforms purchased from UNIWEAR are not eligible for return or exchange, subject to any non-excludable rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Customers should carefully verify the required school, design, size and product details before placing an order for school uniforms.
18. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact UNIWEAR promptly after delivery.
After verification of the issue, UNIWEAR will provide an appropriate exchange/replacement for the affected product, subject to availability and applicable law.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs, videos, order details or other reasonable evidence to help us investigate the issue.
A product will not be treated as defective merely because of ordinary wear and tear, misuse, improper care, washing contrary to care instructions, accidental damage or other damage caused after delivery, where applicable.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.
19. Non-Returnable Products
School uniforms are specifically non-returnable and non-exchangeable under UNIWEAR’s stated policy.
Other products are generally eligible for return or exchange if they satisfy the applicable conditions in these Terms.
Where a product is specifically marked as non-returnable on its product page or at checkout, that restriction will be communicated to the customer before purchase, subject to applicable law.
20. Refund Policy
Where a return is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Refund processing may require reasonable processing time after the returned product has been received and inspected.
The actual time for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer or other financial institution.
If a refund cannot be completed through the original payment method, UNIWEAR may contact the customer to arrange an appropriate alternative method.
Refunds will not be used to restrict statutory consumer remedies.
21. Return and Exchange Shipping
For a damaged, defective or incorrect product attributable to UNIWEAR, UNIWEAR will arrange or bear the applicable return/exchange logistics cost as appropriate.
For customer-requested returns or exchanges that are not due to an error, defect or damage attributable to UNIWEAR, any applicable shipping or logistics charges will be communicated to the customer as part of the return/exchange process.
22. Offline Store Exchange Policy
For purchases made at a physical UNIWEAR store, exchanges are permitted within 24 hours of purchase, subject to:
- Original bill being presented.
- Product being eligible for exchange.
- Product being in acceptable condition.
- Original tags and applicable packaging being intact.
The offline store exchange policy is separate from the online 7-day return/exchange policy.
School uniforms remain non-returnable and non-exchangeable according to UNIWEAR’s stated policy, subject to applicable law.
23. Product Care and Customer Responsibility
Customers should follow the washing, drying, ironing, storage and other care instructions provided with products.
UNIWEAR is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, misuse, alteration or treatment inconsistent with the product’s care instructions.
24. Promotions, Discounts and Offers
UNIWEAR may offer promotional campaigns including:
- Discounts
- Festival offers
- Buy One Get One offers
- Coupon codes
- Limited-period promotions
- Other promotional schemes
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Promotions are subject to their specific terms.
- Promotions may have validity periods.
- Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
- UNIWEAR may restrict misuse of promotional offers.
- A customer may not use multiple promotions where the relevant offer does not permit combination.
- UNIWEAR may cancel transactions involving demonstrable fraudulent or abusive use of promotions.
Any special return or exchange conditions applicable to a promotion will be communicated with that promotion, subject to applicable law.
25. Reviews, Ratings and User Content
Customers may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, comments or other content (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

By submitting User Content, you grant UNIWEAR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, display and use that content for operating, improving and promoting UNIWEAR and its products, subject to applicable law.
UNIWEAR does not claim ownership of your underlying intellectual property merely because you submit User Content.
26. Intellectual Property
All Website content owned or licensed by UNIWEAR, including:

- Text
- Graphics
- Product photographs

is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

33. Indemnification

Subject to applicable law, courts and competent authorities in Bangalore, Karnataka may have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or transactions with UNIWEAR.
